After the questionnaire, you can submit your name, email, phone, postcode and selected centre to Audivello. We store your request and contact consent in a Neon Postgres database connected to Vercel in Frankfurt. Questionnaire answers are not stored. If you allow Meta measurement, our server shares page views, clinic viewing time, completed actions, IP address and browser information with Meta. Names, emails, questionnaire answers and URL query parameters are excluded. Your choice is stored for 180 days in the audivello-measurement-consent cookie. You can withdraw consent using Privacy settings at the bottom of any page.
Allow Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used, and Meta to measure our advertising. Page activity, browser details and IP addresses may be processed. We do not send your questionnaire answers or contact details to Google or Meta. You can change your choice here at any time.

Audivello Review
Your public name, stars, text and experience month appear with your review. Your email remains private and is used for confirmation and management. Data is stored in Neon connected to Vercel; Resend sends access links. Review content and email are not sent to Meta. Do not include health information or other people’s private details. Unconfirmed reviews are deleted after seven days; rejected or removed reviews after 90 days. Published reviews remain until you delete them or the service ends. Moderation logs remain for at most 90 days. Email links expire after 24 hours and management sessions after 30 minutes. Daily cleanup may add up to 24 hours. Request a new login link from the centre profile to edit or delete. Deletion removes content from the active database; provider backups follow their retention schedules.

Searches and reflection answers
Searching and filtering happen in your browser after the directory is loaded. Search terms in page URLs may appear in hosting requests and browser history. Do not enter health information or other sensitive information in search fields.
Reflection answers remain in page memory and are not submitted to a clinic or analytics service. Leaving or reloading the page clears them. Saving your reflection downloads a text file to your own device; you control deletion of that file.
Saved centres
The heart button stores centre IDs in this browser under audivello-saved. They remain until you remove them or clear browser data. These IDs are not sent to an Audivello account.
Hosting and external services
Vercel serves this website and may process technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, page addresses and browser information for delivery and security. The applicable retention settings, legal basis, supplier agreements and any transfers outside the EU/EEA have not yet been documented here.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Where consent applies, it can be withdrawn. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
