How Audivello Review works

Review your own visit or contact with a hearing centre. No payment, rewards, advertising or reviews from the centre’s staff or owners. One active review per email per centre; you can update it. We confirm email addresses but do not automatically verify visits.

All ratings follow the same moderation rules. Spam, false experiences, threats, personal attacks, irrelevant content and private information may be rejected. Criticism is allowed. Centres can report reviews but cannot delete them. Use Report on a review or Audivello’s published contact details. Edits require moderation again.

How we rank

The displayed score is the arithmetic average of published reviews, with a count and star distribution. Newest reviews appear first. Best rated requires five reviews and sorts by (sum of stars + 10 × reference average) / (count + 10). The reference is the market average with at least 50 reviews, otherwise the overall Audivello average. Payment does not affect this ranking. External ratings remain separate and are excluded.

Privacy

Your public name, stars, text and experience month appear with your review. Your email remains private and is used for confirmation and management. Data is stored in Neon connected to Vercel; Resend sends access links. Review content and email are not sent to Meta. Do not include health information or other people’s private details. We process the data to provide the review service you request and prevent misuse. Audivello is the data controller. Contact: info@audivello.com. See our other privacy information for your rights.

Unconfirmed reviews are deleted after seven days; rejected or removed reviews after 90 days. Published reviews remain until you delete them or the service ends. Moderation logs remain for at most 90 days. Email links expire after 24 hours and management sessions after 30 minutes. Daily cleanup may add up to 24 hours. Request a new login link from the centre profile to edit or delete. Deletion removes content from the active database; provider backups follow their retention schedules.
