AI is used when working on text drafts, code and illustrative images. AI-generated images do not represent actual patients, professionals or clinics. Clinic facts must be supported by the sources shown.
Human responsibility
AI is not a medical source and does not provide clinical approval. Content must be checked against sources. Articles awaiting clinical review are labelled with their status and kept out of search-engine indexes.
We do not publish invented reviews, patient stories, qualifications or results as documented facts.
No personal AI diagnosis
There is no AI chatbot assessing your hearing on this website. The reflection journey uses fixed questions and explanations; it does not measure hearing or calculate a diagnosis.
The journey does not send your answers to an AI service. Sensitive personal information must not be included in editorial AI prompts.
