After the questionnaire, you can submit your name, email, phone, postcode and selected centre to Audivello. We store your request and contact consent in a Neon Postgres database connected to Vercel in Frankfurt. Questionnaire answers are not stored. If you allow Meta measurement, our server shares page views, clinic viewing time, completed actions, IP address and browser information with Meta. Names, emails, questionnaire answers and URL query parameters are excluded. Your choice is stored for 180 days in the audivello-measurement-consent cookie. You can withdraw consent using Privacy settings at the bottom of any page.
Allow Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used, and Meta to measure our advertising. Page activity, browser details and IP addresses may be processed. We do not send your questionnaire answers or contact details to Google or Meta. You can change your choice here at any time.
Cookies and local storage
Audivello uses local storage for the hearing centres you choose to save.

Saved centres
Tap the heart on a centre profile to store its ID in your browser’s localStorage. This is used only to display your list on this device. It does not expire automatically; you can remove individual centres or clear the list.
Analytics and social media
Google Analytics and Meta measurement run only after consent. Facebook and LinkedIn icons are ordinary links without embedded tracking. They are not yet connected to profiles.
