Audivello is the data controller. Contact: info@audivello.com.
Saved centre IDs are stored only in this browser until removed. Search terms may appear in URLs, browser history and hosting requests. Do not enter sensitive or health information in search fields.
Depending on the processing, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Contact Audivello at info@audivello.com. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
After the questionnaire, you can submit your name, email, phone, postcode and selected centre to Audivello. We store your request and contact consent in a Neon Postgres database connected to Vercel in Frankfurt. Questionnaire answers are not stored. If you allow Meta measurement, our server shares page views, clinic viewing time, completed actions, IP address and browser information with Meta. Names, emails, questionnaire answers and URL query parameters are excluded. Your choice is stored for 180 days in the audivello-measurement-consent cookie. You can withdraw consent using Privacy settings at the bottom of any page.
Allow Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used, and Meta to measure our advertising. Page activity, browser details and IP addresses may be processed. We do not send your questionnaire answers or contact details to Google or Meta. You can change your choice here at any time.
Audivello Review
Your public name, stars, text and experience month appear with your review. Your email remains private and is used for confirmation and management. Data is stored in Neon connected to Vercel; Resend sends access links. Review content and email are not sent to Meta. Do not include health information or other people’s private details. We process the data to provide the review service you request and prevent misuse. Audivello is the data controller. Contact: info@audivello.com. See our other privacy information for your rights.
Unconfirmed reviews are deleted after seven days; rejected or removed reviews after 90 days. Published reviews remain until you delete them or the service ends. Moderation logs remain for at most 90 days. Email links expire after 24 hours and management sessions after 30 minutes. Daily cleanup may add up to 24 hours. Request a new login link from the centre profile to edit or delete. Deletion removes content from the active database; provider backups follow their retention schedules.
